  • Job Description

    - Lead, design and implement operation strategies for the management of branch operations
    - Closely monitor Branch Managers and Parts & Service Manager to achieve company’s goals
    - Develop operation strategies for all branch operations
    - Implement tactical sales initiatives and plans
    - Provide incentives for all performance of branch operations
    - Closely monitor and evaluate the progress of sales & service plans to meet corporate target in Thailand
    - Write MOR to management executives
    - Responsible for monthly achievement of SSI & CSI

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 37-45
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, especially in Marketing & Sales Management
    - Work experience, minimum 10 years, in Marketing & Sales, preferably in the automobile business
    - Work experience, minimum 5 years, as Branch Manager/GM with working knowledge of financial and business administration
    - Fluency in both spoken and written English
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    - Good influencing and interpersonal skills with people of all levels
    - Willingness to tackle challenges and ability to work under pressure
