This includes cold calls, defines & initiates new projects, monitors and follow up project progress, etc. to ensure high success rate in winning projects.- Conducts market surveys as and when appropriate. Regular feedback on new emerging markets and market trend developments are expected.- Work together with borderless business support personnel to achieve borderless business objective.- Coordinate with internal resources e.g. marketing, technical, product management within each market segment, to provide value added services to the customers- Manages existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and thus maintains/expands tesashare. This includes regular customer visits, preparation of quotations, samples arrangement and submission to customers for testing/approval, credit terms application, collections, proper monthly forecast to meet delivery performance, handles and coordinates complaints/claims with CSD/QA performs urgent deliveries if necessary, follow up on sales orders, etc. in order to meet Business Plan.- He/She formulates sales approach for its customers in agreement with the Superior, Develops implements customer pricing structures.- Establish key customer plan to ensure efficient and effective customer contacts and visits- Ensure sufficient customer penetrations within each market segment.
