- Identify, validate, and establish contact with potential customers and projects while managing and expanding the
existing customer base.
- Assist in planning and forecasting revenue with regular updates to direct reporting line
- Define customer- or project-specific value propositions with input from relevant departments and prepare compelling
presentations.
- Mentor and coach sales team members, attending sales meetings, and emphasizing company value propositions.
- Foster effective communication and cooperation with other departments.
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding the business as company's target
- Maintain comprehensive records of customers using CRM solutions; monitor competitor developments and report
findings.
- Conduct regular customer/client visiting and jobsite visits, follow up processes
- Managing and supervise Sales Engineers and team members.
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 6-10 years directed sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skill and strong leader person
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, and reliable.
- Good command of English; both written and verbal.
