• Job Description

  - Expand the Airfreight Export and Import tonnage/customs, clearance/Revenue/Profit
  - Set up the year and quarter target and sales strategy with management
  - Set up the target customer and sales revenue and weight for each sales staff
  - Keep doing the KPI for each staff's activity and reporting to Management
  - Keep doing the KPI for on time performance about the quotation submission and reply to customer
  - Have meeting with sales team for checking the activity for each sales staff
  - It is required to be Account owner about some big account
  - Set up the strategy of sales work with Management to reach the target revenue/profit
  - Look for the improvement point from current work and improve the work flow and work style with Management
  - Suggest the new business idea and change the business model to Management
  - Other tasks as assigned by Manager
