  Company structure: Staff-leader-chief/leader-assist-MNG
  1. Proficient in accounting / finance, A/P, A/R, G/L, Taxes, Budgeting
  2. Responsible for financial control and the day to day running and finance to the office and the physical security of cash and cheque in their control
  3. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
  4. Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
  5. Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
  6. Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
  7. Prepare actual and budget cash flow statement by weekly and monthly to Regional office
