Items of tasks and responsibilities
• Issue credit note, adjust invoice in Comanche system / Update status of invoice every month
• Prepare daily statement report for GRL branch and report to Assistant Manager every Friday
• Check and record invoice in Navision system & cash card (Gasoline and KTB) in Express system
• Physical check advance money at GRL branch every Monday and receive the document to HQ
branch for recording
• Record purchase invoice from supplier in Navision system (Separate by Branch)
• Check the document of petty cash and clear the advance money and record in Navision system
• Reconcile balance of account (Trade AP/Prepaid Gasoline Card / Prepaid Cash card)
• Other accounting duties as assigned (It may be expanded or changed the JD after the probation
