  • Job Description

    Main task is payroll and employee attendance management
    - Processing payroll related data, including absences, bonues and leaves
    - Assusting with the recruitment and initial orientation of new members
    - Ensuring the company's processes comply wit employment law
    - Dealing with employee benefits
    - Maintain confidentiality with all employee data
    - Providing secretarial support through tasks such as data entry, printing and answering the phone
    - Monthly and Yearly Report description for all positions

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor Degree or Master Degree
    - Over 5 years experience in Human Resources Management & Development
    ‐ Good command of English
    - Able to start working immediately - 2 weeks notice

    - Good communication skills and team player
    - Knowledge of the organizations inter-department relationships and the ability to work with all levels of the organization
    - Basic skills for MS Excel and Word
