    - Forecast Thai property market trend
    - Review Thai property market trend
    - Forecast APS market trend
    - Review APS market trend
    - Lobby to government agencies
    - Update catalogue
    - Update general presentation

    [Sales]
    - Create sales forecast
    - Update sales forecast
    - Visit existing client to follow-up on any further needs
    - Create potential client list
    - Visit new potential client list
    - Arrange site visit
    - Manage issuance of invoice to the client
    - Create sales contract
    - Negotiate sales contract
    - Prepare simple layout plan
    - Create presentation
    - Coordinate with HQ in Japan

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male or Female, Age more than 30 years
    - Have the experience in sales at least 5 years
    - Good command of English (TOEIC Score more than 700)

    【Advantage】
    - Have the knowledge of development trend, Thai property-related laws, Thai construction-related laws, sales & marketing strategy.
    - Have good skill in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), 2D CAD (AutoCAD LT).
    - Preferable skill for Graphics editing (Photoshop, Illustrator), WEB editing (HTML), 3D CAD (Revit, ArchiCAD)
    - Good command of Japanese would be advantage
