Job Description
- Analyze HR process to initiate design
- Assist in developing HR policy and procedures
- Support in the implementation of HR and ER policy
- Control and monitor action plans to comply with department policy

Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 35-40
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Political Science or a related field
- Work experience, more than 5 years, in HR
- Chinese language, HSK5 proficiency, is preferably considered
- Leadership qualities, high sense of responsibility and management skills
- Ability to solve problems and analyze the situationEnglish Level
