    ・Managing HR&GA department.
    ・Report to the Director or MD.
    ・Develop and update compensation, benefits by monitoring market trend and analyze statistical data and reports.
    ・Implement and update HR and company policies, job duties, salary and promotion system.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, age between 40-50 year old
    - Bachelor’s degree any filed
    - 10 years working experience in HR&GA in Management Level
    - Strong management and leadership.
    - Mindset for Strategic, Critical and Logical thinking.
    - Result oriented both Company and Employees.
    - Positive work attitude and having ownership mind
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Self motivated to learn and try new things.
    - Good in English communication.
