  • Job Description

    1. Manage the team of Area, execute leadership in motivating members and concerned parties and resolve the team task in order to achieve team's goal which is based on the Department/Area policy.
    2. Take responsibility in personnel management, trainings and supports of career development for his/her team members.
    3. Manage and conduct business and training and development for Team Management.
    4. Plan people development program to enhance employee’s skill and abilities to consistently perform their job at a high level of compliance and performance.
    5. Enhance personnel management skill level to maximize the potential of team member by Coaching, performance management.
    6. Develop the training solutions to meet the training and development needs.
    7. Regularly review, update and training procedures and programs to ensure up to date, compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
    8. Proactively advise department managers and follow up all actions to ensure that employee's skill meet with their career growth and align with company core competency.


  • Requirement

    1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related field.
    2. At least 3-8 years of experience in Human Resource Development, Learning & Development, or related field.
    3. Very well-organized skill with high sense of urgency and service minded.
    5. Able to convince and influence team with ability to work in diversity environments.
    6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    7. The ability to effectively and proactively identify development needs.
    8. Good command of spoken and written English
    9. TOEIC score 600 minimum.
