  • Job Description

    • Responsible for personal sales targets as well as the sales team targets
    • Develop, mentor, and coach the sales team
    • Oversee Thailand’s pipeline, validate opportunities, and drive the conversion of opportunities
    • Track activity and reporting via Santa Fe’s CRM system and monitor performance against targets
    • Regular calls and meetings with the sales team in Thailand and the sales team in the cluster to develop account-specific strategies and maximize revenue potential
    • Drive profitability and cost control for all sales team opportunities adjusting to market conditions and the latest economic trends.

    Collaborate with subject matter experts, Operations, Finance and the Leadership team to develop smart and profitable pricing
    • Work in tandem with the Operation manager, CSR, and Warehouse team to improve the internal work process between relevant teams, achieve a high level of client satisfaction, decrease any risks, and maintain profitability
    • Manage and support tenders in line with Santa Fe’s RFP protocol
    • Work closely with regional and local marketing teams, and business development managers, to ensure brand promotion and consistent messaging. Support and attend marketing events to promote the brand.
    • Maintain and develop relationships with overseas agents and partners
    • Maintain and develop relationships with local vendors and partners

    Split of core functions and responsibilities:
    Team Support and Leadership (35%)
    • Coach, mentor, and develop the local sales team
    • Review, drive, and be responsible for a healthy sales pipeline in Thailand
    • Assist the team in RFP preparation and presentation delivery
    • Regular internal meetings and calls to drive team performance and activity
    • Ensure that Santa Fe Thailand achieves the set objectives, driving healthy profitability
    • Escalation management and risk prevention

    Personal targets and activity (35%)
    • Own and develop a personal and robust pipeline
    • Conduct pre-move surveys
    • Meet with prospects, generate leads
    • Convert sales opportunities

    Sales Strategy (20%)
    • RFP preparation, formal proposals, and presentation content
    • Sales meetings with the local and regional teams
    • Work closely with the Regional Sales Director
    • Work closely with Department Heads, Managing Directors and sales team in the cluster during the budgeting period
    • Grow agent pipeline

    Branding and Collateral (10%)
    • Work closely with regional and local marketing teams
    • Support new collateral branding and messaging development
    • Attend local networking functions


  • Requirement

    • Direct or indirect industry knowledge and experience
    • Strong sales management background
    • Strong presentation and written skills
    • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and basic financial skills, including the ability to work on budgets and P&L
    • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and Relocation departments...)
    • Track record of exceeding sales targets, win rate, and closing ratio
    • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
    • A minimum of 5-8 years of sales management experience
    • Background of selling in a B2C environment
    • College degree or above
