  • Job Description

    -Understand the overall business model and business strategy.
    -Develop and implement strategies for business growth.
    -Ensure execution results hit the company target and goals.
    -Monitor and mentor the team to accomplish the company's vision and common goal.
    -Oversee day-to-day operations liaising with all department managers.
    -Improve internal processes for better productivity.
    -Work closely and develop business with the company's branch offices namely Cambodia, Myanmar, Lao, and Vietnam.
    -Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
    -Other duties as assigned by the group managing director.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    -Male, Age over 45 years old.
    -Bachelor's degree in Logistics and supply chain or any related fields.
    -Minimum of 20 years' experience in Freight forwarding, both marketing and operation are preferable.
    -Proven knowledge and experience in Sea, Air, and Cross border.
    -Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
    -Strong decision-making capabilities.
    -Strong leadership with excellent managerial skills. Also, know how to handle and entertain people well.
    -Initiative.
    -Able to work under pressure.
    -Fluent in English (Especially speaking and writing)
    -Proficiency in computer skills.
    -Experience and available for overseas business trips.
    -Having knowledge of ISO9001 would be an advantage.
