Job Description:
● Provide comprehensive HRM/HRD services and KPI to all staff, including compensation & benefits, employee relations, recruitment, manpower planning, performance evaluations, training and development, counseling, employee conduct and disciplinary issues etc.
● Formulating, developing and implementing employee handbooks, human resources strategies, policies, systems and processes
● Making brief weekly/monthly report to top management and provide solution to improve efficiency for the company
● Create and manage HR branding strategies in accordance with company
● Monitor salary structure and benefits to ensure balance between cost control and the attraction and retention of staff
● Provide resolution of employee relations problems to Top Management
● Drive and coordinate the full-cycle recruitment for the company and its subsidiaries.
● Survey and identify the necessary training for employee to improve their performance and skills
● Proven capability in employee relations, with a firm grasp of employment law/practices and legal requirements
● Manage the entire process since resume screening to employee termination regarding all the topics related to the company
