  • Job Description

    -Develop and execute channel strategy and action plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base, channel
    partner base in the private, public sector especially focusing on Gov. Edu. Hospitality, Retail chain industries…etc.
    - Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities and building a sustainable pipeline.
    -Conduct partner enablement activity or program to support partner to promote products, solutions.
    - Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasting and project pipeline management with sales members.
    -Fully understand the external competitive landscape and fine tuning sales action plan for driving customer / partner acquisition, business
    expansion and growth.
    - Defines and implements sales budget plans and provides regular (Month/Quarter/Year-basis) performance reports to the headquarters.
    -Attracting, retaining, coaching, mentoring and encouraging employees to perform to high standards, and empower them to
    create impact internally and for partners and customers.
    - Protect and effectively build reputation in local market.

    - Male / Female, Thai nationality
    - Age: not over 45 years old.
    - Bachelor's Degree or Higher in IT/Network/ Telecom/ Business or related field.
    - Experience working in channel business development and
    management in the IT networking industry for more than 8 years.
    -Responsible to develop the strategic sales plans, drive the sales, as well as be accountable for team sales targets.
    -Personally engage in key partner/account sales, gather feedback on customer requirements, have concept of solution design, and
    lead solution pre/post sales engineer to support customer’s needs.
    -Demonstrate experience and expertise in developing and managing relationships with distributors, system integrators, and end
    users to drive meaningful sales outcomes..
    - Hire A Players / remove underperformers
    - Good understanding of IT network applications.
    -Track record of excellence
    - Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong sales aptitude
    - Proven track record in sales and sales management.
    - Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels
    - English: Fluently
