Job Description

- Ensure that the company’s accounting and tax system comply with accounting standards and regulations, and submission of all reports is on time (NELT, NETH)
- Prepare and Train ACF staff to have enough resources (headcount) and knowledge to achieve company goal and comply with accounting.
- Check accuracy of all disbursements of the company
- Approve daily payment in e-payment system
- Manage Cash Flow
- Create Accounting Department from 2 companies
- Encourage all departments to company with same standard
- Managing all tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, property and other applicable taxes
- Negotiate on behalf of company outside about tax and accounting
- Coordinate and prepare tax schedule, returns and information
- Report progress, improvement or changes on tax
- Coordinate banking services related to accounting
- Coordinate and consult for auditing
- Update new regulations and tax issues
- Coordinate with all related parties to accomplish the assignments
