Job Description
- Lead and guide HR team in daily HR operational issues including manpower planning, recruitment, people development and compensation
- Implement compensation and benefit policies
- Administer all staff activities (offer letter, contract, discipline, annual leave, promotion, reallocation, exit procedure, etc.) and ensure accuracy, preparation and follow-ups
- Update HR policies and procedures on a timely basis to ensure compliance with labour law’s requirements
- Perform other administrative tasks
Qualifications
Requirement
- Female, Thai national, age between 24-30
- Experience in GA (at least 6 months)
- Fair command of English (or higher)
- Knowledge of ISO and Law is an advantageEnglish Level
