    - Inspect and provide initial assistance and coordinate with relevant parties
    - Collect and prepare the statistic report about problems found and service application to Superior Executives

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 25-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
    - Knowledge of ITIL-ITSM method
    - 2-3 years' technical experience in providing assistance and supporting system
    - Good command of English (speaking and writing)
    - Skill in explaining technical ideas and user's procedures
    - Good service mind
    - Excellent interpersonal skill and able to work well with other people
    - Able to prioritise several job requests
    - Motivated, initiative undertaken, and eagerness to work proactively
