    [Job summary]
    - Manage the whole process of CRM or ERP software Sales from generating potential prospects, commercial parts through closing deals. You will work closely with our pre-sales in presentation, RFP and develop prototype to present to potential customers.

    [Responsibilities]
    - Create initial interest, identify, define and document critical business needs, and develop into new business opportunities
    - Create a vision of the potential solutions & present to prospects
    - Understand prospects’ needs and communicate effectively on our solution’s benefits, effectively justify return on investment
    - Manage accounts of existing clients base for upsell & cross sell opportunities
    - Produce sales proposal
    - Update prospects status, sales forecast/ pipeline reports to management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree
    - 1-2 years of experience in ERP or CRM, Software or Hardware Sales or any technology sales related.
    - Good communications, presentation and negotiation skills
    - Knowledge of business process and Knowledge of Financial/Accounting terminology and processes such as: CoA , AP, AR, GL, Sales Order
    - Processing, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management.
    - Contacts within ERP/CRM, Financial marketplace that can be leveraged to build a pipeline.
    - Strong communications, presentation and negotiation skills
    - Knowledge of business process and ERP process will be advantage
    - Demonstrate a solid approach to the sales process with creativity and vision
    - Strong follow-up skills
    - Ability to communicate with & present to all levels within an organization environment
    - Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with Executive Level, Operational Level, IT, or business owners.
    - Hardworking, result-oriented, initiative and good attitude
    - Demonstrated ability to:
    > Exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
    > Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities
    > Be a Self-starter & independent thinker with the aptitude to work
    >Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
