  - Deliver the management report for monthly/yearly under budgeting and plan.
  - Create template report for global guidance, and track and report progress of subsidiary
  - Understand and assist in refining business processes to mitigate any risks associated with subsidiary company
  - Be a part of the new cross-cultural team that fosters growth and has run along the way
  - Conduct general and specific risk assessment activities of subsidiary company
  - Assist in developing internal controls based on risk analysis, and monitor their implementation
  - Perform ad hoc tasks or special assignments as business needs or as executives assigned
