  • Job Description

    - Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the machinery automation industry.
    - Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and prospecting activities. This includes cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging digital platforms.
    - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with products and services. Additionally, cultivate relationships with potential clients to foster future business opportunities.
    - Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the machinery automation products and services offered by the company. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential and existing clients.
    - Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of the company's machinery automation solutions.
    - Sales Team Management (if applicable): Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and offering support and coaching as needed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
    - Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the machinery automation industry.
    - Strong understanding of machinery automation technologies and their applications.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
    - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.
    - Effective negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to secure profitable deals.
    - Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team (if applicable).
    - Analytical mindset, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.
