  • Job Description

    1. Compensation & Benefits Policies & Programs
    – Support Head of HR and/or work with Local HR to develop/revise localized compensation & benefits policies & programs with cost impact analysis and implement them for various countries in alignment with MD Division HR direction and strategy.
    - Propose the standardized international C&B policies & programs across countries.
    2. Compensation & Benefits Database and Analysis
    – Support Head of HR and Local HR on C&B data consolidation and C&B analysis.
    3. Compensation & Benefits and PMS as Retention Tool
    – Analyze and propose C&B and PMS policies/program as the tools to attract and retain employees, especially talent and key positions.
    4. Performance Management Policies
    – Support Head of HR to develop/revise PM policies and implement them for various countries in alignment with Group HR and MD Division HR direction and strategy.
    5. Performance Management System
    – Lead to develop, implement, consolidate, monitor and improve performance management system for MD Division. Support Local HR on educating or coaching on PMS and goal setting.
    - Work with Organization Development Manager on IDP and training & development as a part of PMS.
    6. Performance Management Database and Analysis
    – Support Head of HR and Local HR on PMS consolidation analysis and database.
    7. HR Analytics
    – Research, consolidate and analyze HR data and prepare/summarize HR analytics report and/or HR dashboard for all countries/MD Division.
    8. HRIS Development
    – Work with Local HR, IT and HRIS vendor to improve the efficiency of HR information system (HRIS) for MD Division.
    9. Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management System Advisory
    - Support and advise BU Head/BU Manager on C&B and PMS knowledge sharing, understanding, issues and problem solving.
    10. Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management System Budget
    – Work with Head of HR and Local HR to analyze, prepare and consolidate C&B, PMS and HRIS budget for all countries for MD Division.
    11. C&B, Analytics, HRIS and PMS Project
    – Initiate, conduct and implement HR projects related to C&B, data analytics, HRIS and performance management system.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, age 35 years old up.
    - At least bachelor degree in management / human resources management / finance / statistics or related fields.
    - More than 5-year experiences related with compensation & benefits design & implementation, performance management system implementation and HR/data analysis, preferable multinational company experiences.
    - Excellent in presentation skill and fluent to use MS Office, especially excel.
    - Excellent in English (Writing/Reading/Speaking/Listening). If can speak multi languages in Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai and Laos will be preferable.
    - Good in project management, analytic thinking, detail oriented and sense of calculation
    - Positive attitude and practical implementer.
    - Able to travel to other countries, especially Thailand, Vietnam, Laos and Japan from time to time.
