  • Job Description

    - To maintain and improve HR strategies, policies, and related programs to support our international operations and ensure compliance with Thai-labor laws and company regulations.
    - Collaborate with management and regional HR to define and implement HR initiatives that align with business strategies and objectives.
    - Manage the full employment cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
    - Oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits, including salary, incentives, and employee rewards and disciplinary.
    - Provide guidance and support to operation managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    - Ensure compliance with Thai Labor laws and regulations, including immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
    - Manage HR reporting and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and ensure HR metrics are aligned with business objectives.
    - Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and cultural integration programs.
    - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement activities, and employee wellness programs.
    - Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in international HR practices, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and systems.
    - Manage and provide guidance for labor affairs and ensure compliance with Thai Labor laws
    - Collaborate with regional HR and HQ for HR-related reports and tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
    - At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on international HR management.
    - Experience working in multinational companies and managing HR operations across multiple countries and regions.
    - In-depth knowledge of international HR laws and regulations, including employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
    - Proven experience in managing HR operations in a global environment, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
    - Strategic mindset, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational change and transformation.
    - High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
    - Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees and management.
    - Experience in leading HR projects and change management initiatives.
    - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
