  • Job Description

    1. **Management of recruitment process:**
    - Creation and posting of job advertisements and screening of applicants.
    - Scheduling and conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates.
    - Negotiating employment conditions and managing onboarding procedures.

    2. **Human resources data management:**
    - Records employee information and employment conditions and manages databases.
    - Update information on payroll and benefits management.

    3. **Employee Relations Management:**
    - Respond to employee inquiries and consultations.
    - Support processes related to performance evaluation, promotion, and salary reviews.
    - Coordinating and managing employee training and education programs.

    4. **Compliance with laws and regulations:**
    - Guidance and support to comply with laws and regulations such as labor laws, employment regulations, and health and safety laws.
    - Provision of information regarding employees' rights and obligations under laws and regulations.

    5. **Promoting organizational culture:(HIS philosophy, policy etc.)**
    - Dissemination and reinforcement of organizational culture and values.
    - Promoting team building and employee satisfaction initiatives.

    6. **Other business support:**
    - Collaborate with other members of the Human Resources department to implement the organization's human resources projects and initiatives.
    - Recommendations for improvements to personnel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Female / 30-45 years old.
    - Have experience 3years in HR and GA.
    - Have knowledge of Salary table.
    - Communication skills: Must be able to communicate smoothly with employees and other departments.
    - Data management skills: Ability to manage employee information effectively.
    - Legal Compliance Knowledge: Ability to understand and comply with legal regulations such as labor laws and employment regulations.
    - Problem-solving skills: Ability to deal with employee problems and emergencies.
    - Teamwork ability: Cooperation within the HR department and collaboration with other departments is required.
    - Patience and Flexibility: Must be flexible enough to deal with sometimes pressured and stressful situations.
