    -Troubleshooting and monitoring LAN/WAN activities and utilization and work with vendor Technical Support engineers to resolve issues
    -Basic networking problem resolution and managing incident response tickets within Customer SLA.
    -Creating/updating/maintaining technical documentation.
    -Periodic work on weekend support, as needed. (Project assignment or Job Request)
    -Design, build and release network solutions to meet business, service and lifecycle network security requirements
    -Periodic onsite support at Customer site by job request (Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Site Survey)"

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Male, age 26 - 35 years old
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology or related fields.
    • Experience between 3-6 years. Of support Network Engineer
    • Able to work in shift (Morning Shift , Afternoon Shift )
    • CCNP or CCNA

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level

  • Other Language
