    • Create customer support policies and procedures for team member to adhere to, training and observing team members and assisting unsatisfied customers
    • To lead, motivate, and manage team members
    • Create a prevention plan and service improvement plan
    • Manage Incident and Problem
    • Create Incident summary report as well as report to customers
    • IT system maintenance and customer support management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Male or Female with age of 28 - 38 years old
    • 2 – 5 years of working experiences in Programmer, IT system maintenance support, Incident management, Problem management, Improvement management, Programmer
    • Skills in managing issues and problems in IT system operations
    • Being quick work with quality and customer support mind
    • Can communication English (Japanese language is welcome)
    • Good communication skills
    • Being team work
    • Capable to learning new things from many new projects
    • Interest in Smart Manufacturing and/or Factory Automation
