  - Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
  - Establish and conduct orientation and training programs to prepare employees for assignments
  - Conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent our organization at meeting
  - Study and assess benefit needs to maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits
