• Job Description

  1.Direct and coordinate company Sales and marketing functions.
  2.To make an effort to gain and keep good credit and reputation from customers.
  3.Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number
  of contacts to be made.
  4.Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  5.Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency
  of the department.
  6.Make Monthly Sales Plan and Master Delivery Schedule.
  7.Submit Sales Report every end of the month.
  8.Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets
  9.Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
  10.Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  11.Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings.
  12.Participate in the development of new project proposals.
  13.Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives and operating procedure.
  14.Provide on the job training to new sales employee.
  15.Response and manage employees or subordinate according to safety legal requirement.
