- Manage and supervise sales team to achieve sales target
- Plan sales strategy to achieve company sales target
- Support and plan sales strategy and sales target
- Build and maintain good relationships with potential customers and prospects

- Assist and supervise sales team in closing deal
- Responsible for sales report (analysis to identify weakness and strength)
- Provide solutions for weakness and problems in sales activities
- Coordinate with each internal department

应征条件
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 35-40
- Master's Degree in any related field
- At least 5 years' experience in the management of sales team
- Experience in sales analysis and sales strategy planning
- Good at negotiation, relation and communication skills
- Knowledge of social media, online marketing and ads network
- Problem and conflict management skills
- Flexibility for works and leadership skills
- Human resource management skills
- Having a valid Driver's License
- Able to communicate in Thai and English fluently英文
