    Responsible for 2 main functions:
    1) Nationwide sales operation both retail & corporate
    2) Sales Strategy ＆ Product Planning
    - Manage relationship with dealers and group company to enhance hire purchase volume
    - Manage sales operation smoothly and be proactive to propose improvement
    - Establish and implement sales strategy or new business opportunity to satisfy customer needs
    - Collaborate with related functions to develop campaign & pricing strategy
    - Provide direction and supervise team to achieve sales division target

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance or related field
    - Experience 8-10 Years in management roles of Auto-loan business / Banking / Finance
    - Possess extensive knowledge of sales experience, ability to coach, motivate and manage a team
    - Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving skill and ability to do multitask
    - Good in Excel, Power Point and presentation
    - Able to go to up-country for business trip purpose
    - Good command in English both written and spoken
    - Strong team management and coaching
