- Implement and develop modern trade strategy to align with sales strategy and company’s goal
- Manage sales volume and performance for modern trade channel to ensure competitive in the market
- In charge of new product launching plan and report outcome in time
- Do account plan and execute within timeline
- Control budget and exercise effectively
- Build long term relationship with key account buyers in order to purchase and distribution
- Generate sales report and market situation by monthly basic

คุณสมบัติ
- Female only | Age: 30-40 yrs old.
- Experience in sales field for more than 5 years in FMCG especially Personal care, Cosmetic store and Pharmacy products
- Having problem solving and negotiation skill is a MUST
- Drive for result and be passionate
- Think out of the box would be an advantage
- Good command in English to report Japanese management
