    - Work with sales team to handling and motivate our distributor.
    - Follow up and cheer up them to sale and find new team member.
    - Coordinate and communicate with distributor about the benefit and services.
    - Partnership with Sales Leader (Executive and above) assigned by company through setting goals and working closely with them to track and drive them to have growth as company expected.
    Plan, strategize and consult with the Sales Leaders, providing necessary support to achieve goals and review past performance.
    - Hold Sales Leaders accountable for goals, giving proper encouragement and constructive feedback as needed.
    - Proactively align Sales Leaders with Company business cycles (LTO/Success Trips).
    - Provide personalized service and support to assigned Sales Leaders (Executive and above) by providing timely and accurate responses to all escalated concerns and questions.
    - Evaluate exception requests by identifying whether or not they strengthen the business long-term. Work closely with CMS to facilitate appropriate exceptions.
    - Responsible for any assignments from supervisors.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Bachelor Degree or above from any fields.
    - Male/Female 25-30 years old.
    - Minimum 2-5 years experience in sales functional or related fields.
    - Good interpersonal and communication skills
    - Can-do’ attitude; demonstrates positive attitude toward others; will assist in all areas as needed.
    - Fluent in English communication (TOEIC score at least 560)
    - Able to travel in upcountry and oversea
    - Works well in a team environment.
