    - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electronics)
    - Sales experience, minimum 5 years, in industrial products or in electrical-related products
    - Work experience, minimum 3 years, in supervising and managing team
    - Good command of English and computer literacy
    - Strong leadership qualities, interpersonal and communication skills
    - Having a proven business acumen and ability to work independently
    - Self-motivated individual with drive and initiatives
