Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 35-45
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering
    - At least 5 years' experience in Automotive Workshop
    - Strong supervisory and coaching skills
    - English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking)
    - Skills in management and ability to identify direction for self and others, motivate and effectively manage staffing and resource
    - Capacity to use judgment and evaluate situations in order to make decisions following appropriate action and results
    - Specify desirable criteria could enhance the performance of the job and the department/division in which it sits
    - Specify the desirable national and/or international experience ideal for the role
    - Specify the desirable languages and levels of verbal and written proficiency that would be ideal for the role
