  • Job Description

    - Work closely with corporate management team in manage, conduct and implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organization, employee development, manpower plan.
    - Leading and directing HR Team, Manage HR budget.
    - Manage and conduct general HR functions, recruitment and selection, employee relation, compensation and benefit, training and development included administration and general affairs.
    - Responsible for developing and integrating human resource programs that aligns with company’s direction to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives
    - Develop, deliver, and maintain Talent Management Programs including supporting the overall development of people capability across the organization. Support HR Operations team in developing talent processes.
    - Execute Organization Development tools such as organization restructures, Change Management, and Performance Management
    - Assess the training needs to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance.
    - Provide advice to the management regarding performance, organizational and leadership matters.
    - Conduct people capability assessment to increase employee job performance

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - 40 - 50 years old / Female
    - Over 5 years HR manager experience
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in related HRD or relevant field.
    - At least 10 years direct experience in human resources training and development function.
    - At least 5 years experiences as a managerial position
    - Strong background in HRD & Organization Development projects implementation or HRD tools will be advantage.
    - Has knowledge in HRD & Organization Development strategy.
    - Logical and systematic thinking.
    - Strong interpersonal skills, initiative and pro-active working style.
    - Result-oriented and self-motivated.
    - Excellent communication, ability to public speaking.
    - Good service minded and able to work under pressure.
    - Dynamic and flexible person, who possesses initiative.
    - Good command of English both in spoken and written.
    - Proficiency in Ms Office Word, Excel, Especially with Power Point
