• Job Description

  - Support payroll administration process and input data to the system
  - Collect, check and calculate overtime records before proceeding payroll process
  - Distribute pay slips, annual withholding income tax certificates, etc.
  - Establish staff personal files and provide supporting documents for new staff
  - Ensure important employees' documents are well-kept and always updated
  - Provide accurate legal advice to management and staff emphasis on labour law, labour relations, etc.
  - Welfare & Benefits: Health Insurance, Group Accident, Health Check-up, Uniform, Long Service Year, Employee Relations, Employee Visit (sick), Activity for Employees, etc.
  - Support administration works and other assignments as required
