    【KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES】
    ◆Deliver annual sales target of the assigned customers for MDT channel.
    ◆Develop detailed account plan with key activity drivers, based on channel strategy (brand & category strategy): assortment, pricing, promotion, visibility and merchandising to maximize the growth potential within the assigned budget.
    ◆Strengthen relationship with the customer, both at HQ and store level (BKK & UPC) to ensure full customer plan implementation
    ◆Fully understand market / competitor intelligence and identify customer opportunities
    Analyse Store audit research/ Store data (i.e. A.C. Nielsen, SAR, TRIMs, etc.) and interpret the insight turning into the action plan/ report.
    ◆To ensure the Key account operational excellence
    ◆To lead operational excellence on merchandiser team

    Achieving the volume targets
    Participation in Effective planning and execution of various brand activation programes
    Keeping the outstanding under control

    ◆Your ability to operate and orchestrate seamlessly with the Brand Managers & digital agencies will be critical for your success in this role and of the function.

     ●Adapt and Exchange (reach agreement with): Thailand Management Team, Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain.

     ●Negotiate with: Global and Regional Commercial Teams, Consultants, 3rd party suppliers, research agencies, and customers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Experience】
    ◆Minimum 5 years working experience in managing Key Accounts.
    ◆Having experience as manager level will be advantage.
    ◆Having experience in field sale management or brand category management will be an advantage.
    ◆Having good skill on research software/ report (Nielsen advisor, Nielsen Answer, etc.) will be advantage

    【To be successful in this role you will have/be】
    ◆Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
    ◆Possess strong leadership, a successful and proven sales track record and exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
    ◆Strong negotiation , analytical, and interpersonal skills.
    ◆Fluent in English communication both spoken & written
    ◆Good computer skills e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
