Job Description
Strategic & Planning:- Planning and implementing People roadmap, HR policies, recruitment, learning development, performance evaluation, internship program, organizational design, career development plan, talent acquisition strategies, and branding.Recruiting and staffing employees:- Manages the recruitment process including posting job advertisements, recruiting, interviewing, reference checks, and other mandatory checks- Supports the Leadership Team in the recruitment of overseas hires- Oversees the collection of employee documents, new employee orientation, and onboarding program- Prepares, maintains and updates job descriptions - Supports employee offboarding, exit meetings, and completing necessary documentationEmployee Relations:- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture performance improvement plans.Training Development:- Coordinate with internal and external training- Support Organization development program, Others- To handle company regulations and comply with the Labor Law and related Legal.- HR activities and related assignments by manager. Performance Evaluation:Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Payroll:Responsible for the full monthly payroll administration which include statutory requirements, monthly/yearly tax submission, payroll reporting to finance etc.HR compliance:- Ensure compliance with the company’s practices in relation to human resources aspects and compliance with labor law and company rules and regulations and policies and procedures.
