  • Job Description

    - Responsible for Order management of machinery, Tooling, CAD/CAM and any other products
    - Releasing purchasing orders to our suppliers in Europe and USA
    - Manage delivery dates, shipments schedule and track progress of each order to ensure on-time delivery for subsidiaries within SEA
    - Create and maintain customer master data including sold machines
    - Clarify delivery time and make reservation of machines
    - Coordinate with third party warehouse, head office, regarding order processing and price
    - Preparing, monitoring, check and process Letter of Credit, Banker's Guarantee
    - Prepare SOC, Invoice and Pro-Forma Invoice
    - Close monitoring and coordination on fulfilment of sales contracts and payments
    - Act as a key contact point relating to machine order processing
    - Coordinate with other departments for a smooth workflow and operation
    - Any other task assigned by Machine Order Processing Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or other related fields
    - At least 3 years of work experience in similar environment/related filed, MNC business preferably with in a matrix structure
    - Excellent of English - both spoken and written
    - Attention to details with good organization skill
    - Service minded with good communication and interpersonal relationship skills in dealing with multiple stakeholders
    - Ability to work under pressure serving multiple objectives with the time constraints
    - Proficiency in Ms Excel program
