  • Job Description

    - Human resource management and human resource strategic planning suitable for business.
    - Planning of labor rates, remuneration, salary structure, benefits and other work within the organization Company policy
    - Analyze and can present statistical data.
    - Ensure effective management of HR information system to support HR operational activities including recruitment, development and termination.
    - Perform any other duties and / or special projects as required as assigned, which may include administrative and operation duties.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or female, age 28-40 years and over (Female is preferred)
    - Bachelor's degree in human resource management, political science or other fields.
    - Experience at least 5 years
    - Can use tiger soft program fluently.
    - Good knowledge of labor law
    - Anyone who has previously used ERP program and has expertise in Excel will be considered a plus.
    - If you have a professional license will be an advantage.
