    Business Summary:Business of molding for the automotive part of tire
    Your Responsible:You are responsible in Production Staff to make molding for automotive part of tire

    【Job Summary】
    - Control and production plans in accordance with the plan.
    - Daily summarize internal quality issues including waste, scrap, rework, and open NCR/CAR.
    - Monitor and manage production output including recovery plan to achieve hourly/shift target.
    - Daily summarize total losses time and machine downtime.
    - Perform practical problem solving (PPS), root cause analysis (RCA), and take corrective and preventive action.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male or Female age 28-35 years old.
    - Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
    - At least 3 years of work experience in production process in Automotive field
    - Have knowledge in CNC, Wired cut machine, Laser machine
    - Computer skill: good in MS Office, Can use Auto CAD

    【Advantage】
    - Can communicate in Japanese would be advantage

    Level 5 - Beginner Level
