Job Description
- Responsible for the management of personnel, department's policies and activities to support company's business strategies
- Ensure all related tasks are performed and carried out effectively (this position requires discretion to work with confidential and sensitive issues on a regular basis)
- Plan, organize and direct personnel management workflows to achieve departmental and corporate objectives and ensure effective provision of service in costs, quality and timeliness
- Responsible for the management of workforce planning process to be aligned with business objectives by determining workforce needs against availability and appropriate strategies for recruitment, career and succession planning and personnel development
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 45-50
- Solid experience in all HR functions for 7-10 years with minimum 3-5 years in management level
- Good command of English, TOEIC minimum 600 scores
- Good knowledge of finance industry (of any level) is an advantage
- Familiarity with Thai and Japanese culture
- Ability to communicate in Japanese is an advantage
- Ability to support management executives (attending committee meeting)English Level
