  • Job Description

    - Establish human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives focusing on HRD
    - Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues
    - Contribute information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction
    - Develop strategies and plans to develop human resource quality using several tools (such as motivation factors, Hygiene Factors and etc.)
    - Develop current human resource and find new intelligent human resource for company
    - Provide advice to support Management Director in human resource development

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 40-45
    - Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
    - Work experience, more than 7 years, in HRD Division
    - Work experience, more than one year, as an HRD Manager is preferred
    - Ability to communicate in English (fair level)
    - Good visions for the development of new strategies
    - Good interpersonal, communication skills and human relation skills
