  • Job Description

    - Responsible for HR operations such as recruitment, employment, training program, labor relations, payroll, compensation and benefits
    - Control HR plans, and supervise the management of human resource
    - Establish HR strategies and policies to be aligned with labor laws
    - Coach and train team members in all HR related issues
    - Work closely with senior management executives in HR issues
    - Other related tasks as necessary

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 25-35
    - Work experience, minimum 5 years, in a full set of HR
    - Collaborative management style
    - Excellent interpersonal skills
