• Job Description

  - Responsible for maximizing revenues by setting strategies and attracting customers via several channels
  - Attend meeting with clients and arrange business deals with opportunities
  - Manage accounts and establish positive business relationships with all partners
  - Create sales plan together with revenue expertise team as well as rate plan, target segment strategies, etc.
  - Analyze sales strategies to yield revenues and review potential business, room statistics and demand factors
  - Supervise and control daily operation of the business
  - Create and manage training program for new hires (of revenue management team and properties management team)
  - Other related tasks as needed
