Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in political sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
    - HR work experience in manufacturing industry with at least 5 years in a management role
    - Have a good knowledge in labor law
    - Good command in English both speaking and writing
    - Good command in Japanese both speaking and writing
    - Management skill
    - Excellent interpersonal skill
