  • Job Description

    ▪ Motivation and improve their performance training sales team
    ▪ Achieve the objective through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance,
    and projecting future performance
    ▪ Ensure that the sales department works cross functionally with executives from other departments. For
    example, they collaborate with marketing to generate new lead sources and expand the target customer
    base, or with product and research teams to make sure customer needs are met.
    ▪ Responsible for managing all operations within assigned territory and key account. This involves taking
    responsibility for net sales, gross margin, operating income targets for the assigned territory and key account
    ▪ Responsible for the annual budget and for producing a detailed annual business operating plan.
    ▪ Solely responsible for establishing company’s presence and driving sales activities in the designated
    geography
    ▪ Monitoring the competitive activity and market trends and regularly reporting on those trends. Advise the
    executive leadership team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business
    decisions.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ▪ Bachelor’s degree in sciences (Veterinary or Animal husbandry will be beneficial)
    ▪ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (working experience in same position is
    advantage)
    ▪ Good understanding of customers animal feed additive industry in assigned territory and key account
    ▪ Good selling skills and business knowledge on how to develop business in different type of organization
    e.g., farm sector, feed mill sector
    ▪ Development of long term in feed additive business strategies, tactics and plans with clear communication
    internally and externally
    ▪ Direct experience in handling key account and Distributor is highly preferred
    ▪ High proficiency of English in reading, written and verbal
    ▪ Professional Presentation skill
    ▪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    ▪ Good problem-solving skill and Self-motivated with positive attitude
