  • Job Description

    - Sales plans and set the goals for the sales team.
    - Set plans to stimulate sales of new customer groups.
    - Supervise and provide advice to the sales team.
    - Coordinate with the customer and service team to ensure about the customers are properly cared.
    - Summarizing expect orders for each month and prepare the monthly sales report.
    - Explore new business opportunities.
    - Maintain and build good relationships with customers.
    - Prepare and provide the technical information to customer.
    - Other assignment from Japanese Management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male/Female, age 35-40 years old.
    - Bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering or related.
    - At least 10 years work experience in Sales or Sales Engineer.
    - 5 years up experience as a Sales in automotive parts manufacturing.
    - Excellence communication and negotiation to contact with customer.
    - Understand DRAWING.
    - Good in English and communicate in Japanese language (N3 up).
