    - Take care and Control HR function
    - Manage and supervise team on day-to-day (3-5 subornation)
    - Responding to labor related issues in company and give consultation
    - Collection of personnel and labor related information
    - Developing and implementing division strategies and managing Human resource related issue
    - Formulation and management of Regulations
    - Collaborate with internal parties

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male or Female, Thai national, Age 35 - 43
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in any fields
    - Working experience as Assistant Manager or higher in HR function (Not GA)
    - Strong experience in Labor law and Unions
    - Good communication skills, both written and verbal(Level 3 or above)

    【Advantage】
    - Knowledge of personnel labor management
    - Working experience at manufacturing
    - Japanese skill would be advantage
