System Engineer (Technical Support)
- Proactive Problem Management and Analysis.
- Data Analytic and Presentation to provide the solution.
- Troubleshooting problem for Test and Production environment.
- Good communication and documentation for related parties.
- Ensure that product and system deliver to customer has best quality
- Support team for system implementation.
- Generate the test case and script which coverage all entire scope
- Perform test execution in term of hardware and system to achieve the target of
- Perform System Configuration to meet customer requirement.
- Conduct the training to related staff.
- Academic career: Bachelor’s degree in Computer, IT or related Engineer or Science.
- Strong Problem analysis and Systematic thinking.
- Good Time management.
- Documentation for information representation.
- Understand programming language will be advantage.
- Knowledge about Banking system will be advantage.
- Strong communication skill (Thai & English).
- Good attitude to work and help team member.
- Willing to work over out of office time.
- Understand DDC, NDC, IFX, ISO8583, ISO20022, XML, SOAP, Webservices protocol
- Experience work with Japanese
- Japanese speak, read and write
